Victory just updated their releases page with the release date and cover art of Somewhere in the Between. Unfortunately it isn’t going to be out until 13th November, so apparently not in time for the upcoming North American tour.
Update: As someone on the forum just pointed out the tracklist is also up:

where in the world is the infamous song mercy mercy? as we all know streetlight performed this song numerous times on tour and i think we all expected it to be on this cd
