Paul Lowndes first met Tomas at Rutgers, where they were roommates. He is, in Tomas' words a bit of a prodigy/math genius type guy. He first appeared on A Call to Arms, prior to which he had apparently not drummed since high school.

After ACtA he did not appear on Streetlight's Demo but did drum on Everything Goes Numb. However he did not wish to tour so Chris Thatcher took his place.
